It’s simple to save and we’ll help you get there by depositing incentives:

Start incentive—Set a goal, open an account through Fidelity Goal Booster, and set up payroll deductions to earn your first $50.

Save incentive—Keep the savings going each paycheck and earn $25 after the end of the calendar quarter—up to $150.

Celebrate incentive—When you save $400, we’ll help you celebrate with a $50 one-time incentive after the end of the month.

^†Active U.S. Starbucks partners 18 or older are eligible to save on an after-tax basis through their paycheck. Eligibility for incentives through My Starbucks Savings is limited to active U.S. Starbucks partners, at least age 18 with 90 days of service, excluding partners at the director level or above. Incentives are subject to required income tax withholding.

^#In addition, in order to be eligible for the incentives, you must be actively employed on the last day of the incentive month, and you must have an open account with an active Goal Booster election on the date the incentive is deposited to your account. Inactive/closed accounts cannot accept deposits. Even if you are ineligible for incentives, you still may elect to open an account through Goal Booster and fund the account through payroll deductions.

If there is any discrepancy between the information set out in this document and the plan provisions, the terms of the plan provisions will govern. Starbucks presently intends to continue this plan but reserves the right to change, modify or terminate the plan at any time and with or without notice and for any reason.

The Fidelity Cash Management account is a brokerage account designed for investing, spending and cash management. Investing excludes options and margin trading. For a more traditional brokerage account, consider the Fidelity Account.

Your Fidelity Cash Management account will automatically be reimbursed for all ATM fees charged by other institutions while using the Fidelity® Debit Card at any ATM displaying the Visa^®, Plus®, or Star^® logos. The reimbursement will be credited to the account the same day the ATM fee is debited. Please note, for foreign transactions, there may be a 1% fee included in the amount charged to your account.

Zero account minimums and zero account fees apply to retail brokerage accounts only. Expenses charged by investments (e.g., funds, managed accounts, and certain HSAs) and commissions, interest charges, or other expenses for transactions may still apply. See Fidelity.com/commissions for further details.

Correction of Data Errors: You are responsible for identifying any discrepancies between your My Starbucks Savings contribution amounts and your paycheck. Note that if your paycheck is not sufficient for the full amount of your elected contributions to be made, only a portion will be deducted. You must notify the Plan Administrator in writing of any data discrepancies within 30 days after your valid election is made and immediately after the discrepancy is identified. To verify your election, you can go online to netbenefits.com and check your Goal Booster contribution election(s). Data discrepancies reported after 30 days will not be corrected unless required by law. If you discover a data discrepancy, send your written notification to Starbucks Corporation, c/o Savings Department, 2401 Utah Ave. So., Mail Stop S-HR3, Seattle, WA 98134 or contact the Savings team at MyStarbucksSavings@starbucks.com
